Legend of the Crystals was a special project for me, I was given some data and the permission of RPGe to edit their script up a bit. I tried not to go overboard with it, making a few changes here and there, mostly just removing swearing (FF5 has kind of a mellow atmosphere for Bartz to be yelling SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT) and putting in a couple lines from the GBA version. I made a couple of classic-gaming themed jokes I guess, and put in some minimal piratey-ness for Faris, a little wink to those who've played the FF Anthology version, where Faris is just flamboyantly piratey.
I still remember when he was called Butz.
